Diseño mexicano / mexican design pt.1

Desde hace tiempo quería escribir este post sobre marcas mexicanas de ropa, cuyas prendas van creciendo en número en mi guardarropas.  Entre el 2014 y 2015 conocí algunas marcas de ropa locales  gracias a bazares que se hacían periódicamente; ahí podías encontrar desde ropa, calzado, accesorios, decoración para el hogar y hasta productos de higiene personal orgánicos. Posteriormente conocí - y sigo conociendo - más marcas de mi ciudad como de otros estados, todo gracias a las redes sociales, sobre todo Instagram.

For a long time I wanted to writte this post about mexican clothing brands, whose clothes are growing in number in my closeth. Between 2014 and 2015 I met some local brands of clothes thaks to some bazaars that were made periodically; there you could find clothes, accessories, home decoration and organic products for personalhygiene. Later I met - and still meeting - more brands form my city or other states, all thanks to social media, especially to Instagram.

Blusa y jumper de Clara Oscura.

La primera marca que conocí y compré ropa se llama Fer del Real, diseñadora Zacatecana, creo actualmente tiene su estudio en Guadalajara pero hace envíos a toda la república. Sus prendas están enfocadas a la comodidad y al estilo urbano. De esta marca he adquirido varias blusas y un suéter súper lindo, pero también hace vestidos, kimonos, overoles y jumpsuits.

The first brand that I met and bought clothes is named Fer del Real; a designer from Zacatecas, actually I think she has her studio in Guadalajara but she makes shipping to all of Mexico. Her clothes are focus to comfort and urban style. From this brand I have acquired several bluses and a super cute sweter, but she makes dresses, kimonos, overols and jumpsuits too. 

Velvet es una marca de calzado de Guadalajara que conocí hace poco. Sus diseños se me hacen increíbles! Ellos no realizan tirajes, todo es sobre pedido y hecho a mano. Yo pedí unos zapatos, los cuales tardaron  poquito más de un mes en llegar, cosa que me dijeron cuando hice mi pedido (la chica que maneja el Instagram de la marca fue súper amable y atenta), pero valió completamente la pena. Además son muy detallistas con sus paquetes pues venían con una nota de agradecimiento y una bolsita de tela para guardar los zapatos.

Velvet is a shoes brand from Guadalajara that I meet recently. Their designs are amazing! They make the shoes upon request and hand made. I ordered a shoes last semester, wich took just over a month to arrive, they told me the estimated time when I made the ordered (the girl that use the brand Instagram is so kind and attentive), but it wort it. Furthermore they are so retailer with the packages, they send me a thanks note and a cloth bag for the shoes. 

Por último les hablaré sobre mi favorita: Clara Oscura. Esta marca la conocí hace 2 años en la boda de un compañero; una amiga y yo quedamos encantadas con el vestido de la novia y cuando le preguntamos donde lo había comprado nos dijo que su hermana tenía una marca de ropa y que también hacía vestidos para toda ocasión. Enseguida la busqué en  redes sociales y empecé a seguirla; ahora ya soy cliente frecuente (hehehe). El estilo de Clara Oscura es clásico y femenino, sin embargo las prendas son camaleónicas y se adaptan a cualquiera que sea tu estilo personal. También hace accesorios y tiene una línea de ropa sustentable y vintage, de la cual también he adquirido algunas cosas. 

By last I'm going to talk about my favorite: Clara Oscura. I meet this brand 2 years ago in a colleague weedding; a friend and I were delighted with the bride dress and when we asked she told us that she has a sister that has a clothes brand and that she also made dresses for all occasion. Immediately I lokked for it in social networks and started follow; now I'm a regular client (hehe). Clara Oscura's style is classic and femenin, however the clothes are chamaleonic and adapt to whatever your personal style is. Also she makes accessories and has a second hand and vintage line, from wich I have also acquired some stuffs. 

No me queda más que invitarlos a conocer el trabajo de los emprendedores de su ciudad y a consumir prendas de diseño mexicano, pues además de estar contribuyendo a la economía de tu localidad estarás adquiriendo algo único.


I have no more that invite you to meet de work of entrepeneurs of your city and to consume clothes from mexican brands, well in addition to contribuiting to the economy of your locality you will be acquiring something unique.
